ATTENTION: For extra vehicles, you must stop by the Clubhouse to pick up the access tag. This ensures your vehicle is properly registered in the community system and can be legally parked in the designated areas of the resort.

Hours of Operation: 9:00 AM 6:30 PM
Important parking rules:
- Only park in white-lined designated spaces.
- Do not park on grass, sidewalks, or block driveways or fire hydrants.
- Parking on the curb is not permitted in this community. Please ensure your vehicle is parked properly inside the garage.
- Overnight parking at the Clubhouse is strictly prohibited.
Failure to follow these rules may result in your vehicle being towed by resort management, and our team will be unable to intervene in such cases.
Solterra Resort charges a small fee for using the clubhouse and other amenities. If your group has 1-12 people, it's $35; for 13 or more people, it's $45. This fee is paid in person upon arrival to the Solterra clubhouse.
Additional Options:
You can add BBQ rental to your reservation for an extra charge. The pool heater, available for a daily fee, requires a minimum use of 3 consecutive days and needs to be requested 48 hours in advance. The heater's temperature won't exceed 92F. Please note, the attached spa isn't a jacuzzi and will only be heated with the pool, sharing the same temperature. The heater, relying on heat exchange, won't work in cold weather, and no refunds are offered if the pool does not reach the desired temperature under such conditions.
Please note: This home is self-catering. We provide a small welcome starter kit with basic necessities to help you settle in, but we kindly recommend stopping by the nearest supermarket to stock up on any additional items you may need during your stay.
