Welcome to Palm Breeze Getaway!
Relax in this spacious 5-bedroom, 4.5-bath home in the gated Windsor at Westside Resort, just minutes from Disney, Universal, SeaWorld, and other top Orlando attractions. Perfect for families or groups, the home offers comfort, privacy, and access to resort-style amenities.
Inside the home, you'll find a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, open living and dining areas, and a private screened-in pool with loungersideal for enjoying the Florida sun.
The sleeping arrangements include one queen bedroom on the ground floor with a shared bathroom. Upstairs, there is a king master suite with a private bathroom, a queen suite with its own bath, a bedroom with one twin and one full bed, and a Cinderella-themed bedroom with two twin beds. All rooms have smart TVs. Linens, towels, a washer and dryer, iron, and hair dryers are provided. High-speed Wi-Fi, cable TV, and parking for up to two vehicles are included. A Pack n Play and high chair are available upon request.
Guests have full access to Windsor at Westsides resort amenities, including a large pool with lazy river and water slide, a poolside tiki bar, a clubhouse with fitness center and arcade, sports courts, and a childrens play area. The resort is gated and has 24/7 security.
We provide a small starter kit with essentials like soap, paper towels, and trash bags. This is a self-catering home, so we recommend planning for additional supplies. Daily housekeeping is not included but can be arranged for an extra fee. Guests are expected to take out the trash daily to the outdoor bin.
Pool heating is available for $45 per day (minimum of 3 consecutive days) and must be requested at least 48 hours in advance. The attached spa shares the same temperature as the pool and is not a jacuzzi. Please note that heating is non-refundable once activated. A BBQ grill is available for a one-time rental fee of $75.
